Tracy Hollander-Owner/Director

Tracy is a California credentialed teacher. She received her BA in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential from the University of San Francisco. She has taught grades preschool through eighth grade in New York City, San Francisco, Oakland and most recently in Berkeley.

Tracy has been active in the Berkeley Unified School District PTA for many years and continues her work on the executive board of the PTA Council. She also serves on the Board of Directors of The Berkeley Public Schools Fund where she serves as Vice-Chair.

Tracy is dedicated to the community of Berkeley and very familiar with the school system, having both worked for BUSD and having children who attend the Berkeley schools. She has two teenage children who have attended Rosa Parks Elementary, Berkwood Hedge, Longfellow Middle School, King Middle School and Berkeley High School.

Tracy is excited to continue her passion for working with children in this new venue. Providing children with hands-on opportunities and the ability to follow their curiosities wherever they lead is what makes learning exciting and joyful. Tracy is honored to be able to share in this adventure with you and your children!
